At Quiet Canvas, every product is made to order—crafted specifically for your space and requirements.
Because of this, our return policy is slightly different from standard ready-to-ship products.

1. Made-to-Order Products

All our panels, including standard and custom designs, are manufactured after your order is placed.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
  • Products are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, except in specific cases outlined below

2. Eligible Cases for Return / Replacement

We offer replacement or resolution only in the following situations:

  • Product received is damaged during transit
  • Product delivered is incorrect (wrong size/design/order mismatch)
  • Product has a manufacturing defect

3. Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
  • Include your order details for faster resolution

Requests raised after this timeframe may not be accepted.

4. Resolution Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or suitable resolution
  • In certain cases, the product may need to be returned before a replacement is processed

Our team will guide you through the process to ensure it is smooth and efficient.

5. Custom Design Orders

For customised panels:

  • Design approvals are considered final before production begins
  • Quiet Canvas is not responsible for issues arising from:
    • Customer-approved designs
    • Incorrect dimensions provided by the customer
    • Colour variations due to screen/display differences

6. Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • A replacement is not feasible, or
  • An order is cancelled before production begins

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

7. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in cases of:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Minor colour or texture variations
  • Improper installation or handling
  • Normal wear and tear after use

We strongly recommend reviewing all specifications, sizes, and designs carefully before placing your order.
