Cancellation
At Quiet Canvas, all products are made to order and begin production shortly after confirmation.
Because of this, cancellations are allowed only within a limited window.
1. Cancellation Window
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
- Cancellation requests must be raised before production begins
Once the order moves into production, it is considered final and non-cancellable.
2. Custom Orders
For customised products:
- Orders are processed after design approval and payment confirmation
- Once approved, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances

- Cancellation requests after the allowed window will not be accepted
