At Quiet Canvas, every panel is crafted to order—designed with intent, precision, and care.
Because of this, our shipping timelines include both production and delivery stages.

1. Order Processing & Production

All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Estimated Production Timelines:

  • Standard Panels: 5–7 working days
  • Custom Design Panels: 7–10 working days
  • Bulk / Commercial Orders: Timeline shared during order confirmation

Production begins only after:

  • Payment is received
  • Design (if applicable) is approved

2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 working days
  • Non-Metro Locations: 4–7 working days

Please note: These are estimated timelines and may vary based on logistics conditions.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is offered on most standard orders
  • Additional charges may apply for:
    • Bulk or large-volume orders
    • Remote or hard-to-service locations
    • Special packaging or handling requirements

Any applicable shipping cost will be communicated before order confirmation.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.

5. Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to meet all timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes
  • Custom design approvals
  • Courier or logistics disruptions
  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

In such cases, our team will keep you informed proactively.

6. Delivery Guidelines

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate
  • Someone should be available at the delivery location to receive the order
  • For large or commercial orders, additional coordination may be required

7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images/videos of the issue

Our team will review and arrange a suitable resolution (replacement or correction).

8. Important Notes

  • All products are made-to-order, hence dispatch timelines differ from ready-stock products
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started (refer to Terms & Conditions)
