All products are made-to-order, including customised and standard panel selections.

2. Products & Customisation

  • All panels are manufactured based on the specifications selected or provided by you
  • Colours, textures, and finishes may vary slightly due to screen differences and production processes
  • Custom designs, dimensions, or modifications once approved cannot be altered after production begins

Quiet Canvas reserves the right to refuse or modify any custom request that is technically unfeasible.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
  • For large or commercial orders, partial or milestone-based payments may apply
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of pricing errors or suspicious activity.

4. Production & Delivery

  • All products are made to order; production timelines vary based on product type and customisation
  • Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics or external factors
  • Quiet Canvas is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services

5. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the customised nature of our products:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
  • Customised products are non-returnable and non-refundable
  • In case of damage, defect, or incorrect product, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images

Eligible cases will be reviewed, and appropriate resolution (replacement/repair) will be provided.

6. Use of Uploaded Content

By uploading any design, image, or file:

  • You confirm that you have the right to use and reproduce the content
  • Quiet Canvas is not responsible for any copyright or legal issues arising from user-submitted designs
  • We reserve the right to decline content that is inappropriate, offensive, or violates any laws

7. Intellectual Property

All website content including designs, visuals, text, and branding are the property of Quiet Canvas.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without prior written permission.

8. Installation & Usage

  • Installation guidelines provided should be followed carefully
  • Quiet Canvas is not liable for damages caused due to improper installation or misuse
  • Performance of acoustic panels may vary depending on room conditions and layout

9. Limitation of Liability

Quiet Canvas shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of business, revenue, or data
  • Delays caused by external factors beyond our control

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
